Hazel & Hope Salon

Hazel & Hope will require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. I understand that things happen and you may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, but I respectfully ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. No-shows and clients cancelling within less than 24 hours will be required to pay 50% of the service that was booked. With at least 24 hours notice I am able to fill that appointment slot which allows for someone on the waitlist to fill that time. I am more than happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment and will always be understanding, but at the end of the day I am running a business. I appreciate your understanding and continued support!
